This is an original recording of my favorite version of,"Have yourself a merry little Christmas," sung by Judy Garland.
It still brings a tear to my eye when I hear it.
I enjoy bringing together music, writings and research about topics that I find interesting. I like to share images of my artwork and write about what inspires me. Telling stories about Coco, my Akita Service Dog is one of my favorite things to do. And now and then, I write about what it is like to go through life with a Traumatic Brain Injury and PTSD. These are the breadcrumbs that lead me back to a frame of mind or concept that would otherwise be forgotten.

Princess Mononoke
The animation of this anime was amazing. I loved the way nature moved, so naturally. The artist quality of this film was fantastic.
I have seen it a couple of times and this last time I started getting it on a few different levels. This is a movie I will enjoy revisiting and thinking about.
It's way cool.

Larry Crowne
I just watched the movie, "Larry Crowne," starring Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts. The other characters in the film were genuine and added to this multi-dimensional story.
I liked it. It was a movie about the times we are living in and the people we meet through the changes we face along the way. It introduced us to all kinds of relationships with all kinds of people. And as the story unfolded it showed how life opens up, even during difficult times, when we open up to change.
Yeah, I liked it.

The Music Never Stopped
I watched a movie entitled, "The Music Never Stopped." It was a really interesting film based on an essay that Dr. Oliver Sacks wrote about a patient who could be reached by caregivers, doctors and his family when he listened to certain music that he loved to listen to and play he lost his ability to communicate and connect with others after he had a brain tumor removed.
I enjoyed the way the movie explored different relationships surrounding the central character and how those relationships evolved. Yes, it was cool to see a film that showed how love and understanding can become stagnant and then how it can come to life again. It was a warm study and a truth telling and then a truth re-telling that was intimate and honest and loving.
This isn't a fancy movie. But it is interesting and it has a lot to say.
Oh, and I watched a movie recently called, "Away From Her."
I highly recommend it.
