Coco has had a guest for the past couple of months. My son's Chihuahua Mr. Peepers.
At first I always went out in the backyard with them. I told Coco to go slow when she was playing with Peepers and to be gentle. And I told Peepers not to yell. In time they grew more calm around each other and their play became predictably gentle. Now I can let them play in the backyard. I check on them frequently but as you can see, they have become wonderful friends.
